PRE-REGISTRATION

· The QR code for admission on the day of the event will be sent to the contact information you provided.

· Pre-registration is non-transferable, and only the registered individual may attend the event.

Purpose of Collection and Use: To receive event pre-registration applications, verify attendee identity, produce name tags, provide detailed event-related information (including notices and QR codes via email/SMS), manage on-site event operations, and handle inquiries or complaints.

Collected Items: Name, organization/position, mobile phone number, and email address.

Retention and Use Period: Personal information will be destroyed within six (6) months after the event ends.

Right to Refuse Consent and Disadvantages: You have the right to refuse consent to the collection and use of personal information. However, if you refuse to consent to the required items, pre-registration for and attendance at this event may be restricted.

Recipient of Personal Information: JoongAng Ilbo and INUS Communications Co., Ltd. (Event Operation Secretariat).

Purpose of Use by the Recipient: To manage event pre-registration, provide on-site entry guidance, analyze attendee statistics, and prepare event result reports.

Personal Information Provided: All information entered during pre-registration, including name, organization/position, mobile phone number, and email address.

Retention and Use Period by the Recipient: Personal information will be destroyed within three (3) months after the completion of the event result report.

Right to Refuse Consent and Disadvantages: You have the right to refuse consent to the provision of personal information to third parties. However, if you refuse to consent, smooth event registration and on-site entry guidance may be restricted.
For the promotion and announcement of future events, event-related promotional materials may be sent to the registered email address and contact information, including landline and mobile phone numbers.
